Breakfast
Every morning breakfast is served to include ~ a
selection of cereals, fresh bread, cheese and cured meats, croissants,
fruit yoghurt, fruit juice, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. A
toaster and coffee pot is provided so you can help yourself, and there
are ample jams and preserves.
A cooked breakfast can be served once or twice a
week depending on availability of ingredients.

Tea
On return
from the slopes ~ freshly baked cakes, scones or biscuits served with
tea or coffee (or a cold beer if you prefer!).
Pre-dinner drinks usually take the form of a glass of wine or beer as
preferred with some appetising nibbles.
Dinner
There is a
different four course menu for each of the six nights that dinner is
served. Guests can also opt for a traditional alpine menu for
one evening such as fondue or pierre chaud.
